Your house is centrally found and is close to the university bus route. One car parking place is offered. Fridge, oven, all utilities are consisted of (water, sewage system, heat, hydro). We prefer to lease to university or university student. First and last month's rental fee is called for and we want to view endorsements. No pets are enabled and no smoking.
