Moving Sale! Car, couch, bed/mattress, bar table in Sudbury, Ontario for sale

I'm moving to the U.S. for work and I need to offload some stuff! I have the following items available ... please click the 'more ads by this user' link below for more details on each one.

If you're interested in all the furniture, I'll make you a deal. Heck ... if you'll take over my car lease I'll give you one of the items for free (in addition to the $2000 incentive).

You'll need to be able to pick up the furniture yourself, as I only have a car ... but April 10-12 I will have someone here that can help carry the piece(s) out.

All items were purchased brand new in August 2013, are well-kept and clean, and the couch/table have barely been used.

Bar table / tall dining table, dark espresso color - $125 (was $199 new)
Dark grey modern couch, changeable cover - $300 (was $500 new)
Queen bed frame/mattress set - $325 (was $670 new)

The car is a 2013 Suburu Impreza Sport 2.0i hatchback, automatic, AWD, generally awesome. Lease payment is $417 including HST, and lease expires August 9, 2016. See more details and pictures at the link below.
