Did you buy a stolen White Nexus 5 32gb with a blocked IMEI? - $420 in Sudbury, Ontario for sale

Someone stole my White Google Nexus 5 32 gb which came with a white SPIGEN case on Friday, March 21st.

Now, I saw that the phone was listed on Canadianlisted around 700 King Street West for 420$ and did not come with the box which seemed suspicious as it is, where it was lost and where the GPS last contacted the Google servers so I know it was my phone.

Anyways, I feel bad if someone actually bought the phone off the criminal who took my phone since I have since blacklisted the IMEI number across all carriers globally. (Verify here http://checkesnfree.com/ with ESN number 240)

So since this phone is basically bricked and there is no way to unblock the IMEI number I am offering a concession. If you are in possession of this stolen property I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you have been sold the phone unknowingly knowing it has been stolen.

You can confirm that you have my phone by trying to use your SIM card and you will notice that it will not register. If you message me I can offer you some help to verify that it is mine.

I will work out a deal with you in person to help lessen the pain of losing $420 on a stolen phone and maybe you could help provide some helpful information on catching the thief (I have already contacted Toronto Police and Canadianlisted and a investigation is under way).
