1950 classic elegant couch - $400 in Sudbury, Ontario for sale

This was a very high quality couch when it was bought in the 1950's. It has been shipped to England and back and then France and back. It is solid oak, curved back and clean lines, and has been recovered once.

The loveseat needs to be recovered, which is why I am giving it away so cheap. I want it to go to someone who has the time to recover it and give it a good home. Until you get to it, it is perfectly fine to sit on and use (no bed bugs, never been stored, always in use) as it has always been in very clean surroundings. It has only ever lived w an animal once (for 2 years) in its 50 year life.

The couch is $400 and the footstool is $100.

The footstool is about 120 years old. It was bought in England and recovered to match the couch.
